Community Standard

Homeowners agree to supply accurate descriptions and budgets. Contractors agree to supply fair quotes.

No Lead Fees

We do not charge matching or bidding fee commission. Connections and messaging are completely open.

Liability Limits

Contracts are signed directly between homeowners and contractors. We are not responsible for project executions.

1. User Agreement

By creating an account on Shingles, Solar, Siding & More, you represent that you are at least 18 years old and agree to follow all local bidding, roofing, and solar regulations. Contractors must possess active, valid registration, insurance, and professional credentials required in their service locations.

2. Bidding Rules

Contractors must submit clear, binding price proposals for the requested items. Bids should reflect current market rates and material availability. Bids that contain spam, offensive language, or bait-and-switch configurations will result in profile bans.

3. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or close profiles that violate local laws, attempt unauthorized scraping, bypass database isolation measures, or submit duplicate bids in a manner that degrades system performance.
