We collect registration fields (names, emails, passwords, and phone numbers) to uniquely authenticate members and enable contractor connection workflows. Passwords are securely encrypted using standard hashing (bcrypt) at submission time; we do not store, read, or have any access to your original password values. Professional listings collect additional company metadata such as websites and locations to build trust.
2. Sharing & Disclosures
Homeowner contact info is strictly hidden until a bid is actively reviewed or accepted. Contractors are only shown general request information (descriptions, approximate budgets, and locations) in the marketplace view. We never sell profile metadata to third-party ad networks.
3. System Integrity & Cookies
Shingles, Solar, Siding & More leverages secure local tokens to keep users authenticated. No trackers or tracking cookies are enabled for analytics. You can inspect cookie settings in your browser configuration.
